Don't rent from this place the lady on site Nicole is very good but if you try to call them to pay they will not respond to call you can leave a massage and still nothing they just want the late fee and auction fee. If I'm late I don't mind paying but if I'm not late they stoll apply fees.

I have used several storage facilities in my life. This one is hands down the best. It's clean and has everything you need. Nicole is absolutely the best. She goes out of her way to treat her customers right. She made sure we were place in the right unit for us. I highly recommend USA Storage Tyndall.

Not only are the storage units clean and easily accessible, but Nicole was the most helpful. She knew the answer the every question we had & helped us upgrade units within the same day with no issues. Would definitely recommend these storage units & send them straight to Nicole!!!

Very Nice Pl., Miss Nicole was great working with me to get set up to get my storage unit when I needed it in the process of moving. She’s been very helpful with all my questions and answering them. The facility is nice. I’m glad that is inside so you won’t be in the heat or the cold, very very nice place very convenient area and I’m glad that they have the safety of the lock and gate. Can’t anybody from outside come onto the property very secure and safety place I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice decent storage unit and a facility to go to. I would recommend this place.
