No issues really. Its getting expensive though. I started out paying $49 a month and its now $157 for the same unit so inflation is real. It has risen every year since 2006.

Rebeckah helped us find a storage unit on very short notice. She helped us move our things into one that was a really great price and it was larger than we expected. It was also available immediately, which was crazy since the price was so affordable.

I received a tour from Jesus and he was very informative and helped me determine the size of the unit that I needed. He even went out of his way to show me the facility on a Saturday night because that was the only time I was available even though the office was closed, which was greatly appreciated. I look forward to moving in, in June, this level of service is hard to come by these days!

First impression review: Staff, very friendly and willing to answer questions. Very honest and not trying to “sell” me the unit I was inquiring. I didn’t feel pressured to rent there or have anxiety making the decision to get the storage unit. Prices, haven’t seen a better price in Crestview, especially for the size, with climate controlled options. I’m getting way more for my money than I have with my previous storage unit which is smaller in size. I will leave another review once I’ve settled in and have rented with this company for a few months. So far I’d gladly recommend this place.
