Kellie was so nice and helpful today. I called her personally because I have been in the bed for the last three days very sick. I called her because I trust her with my banking information. I couldn't got there in person to pay the bill. I was able to pay over the phone. Thank ful for her. Donna

I went to several storage units in the area. I was looking at the location, security, cleanliness, and professionalism. This particular location was perfect. They passed all of my concerns. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable, professional, and she made everything easy.

USA storage in Crestview is great! They have two locations that are easy to use and they have very friendly service. I have been using them for a few months and even rented again! They always help me with my questions and are very kind in doing so. I highly recommend this storage facility!
