Great service. Quick and easy access to unit. The property manager-Robin Westwood- was super helpful and sweet. 10/10 would buy a unit here again

Our unit got broken into and robbed. Then they jacked our rate up over double and refused to offer a better deal. You would think they would offer us the same rate or even include a free month or something after our unit got broken into. Horrible customer service and completely unacceptable. There are plenty of other storage facilities within a mile that will treat their customers better

Fantastic associates work here. I am really happy with our "raised" unit, knowing how Hemet floods 😂 But seriously, the garages are clean, we've met a few other renters who are really happy here. Its a convenient location to my house and a competitive price without having to go to Winchester.

Just rented a unit. They are super friendly and helpful. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. I am new to this area and was nervous about my items safety. I would highly recommend this location. Seems like a safe area and it is well protected. And like I said, very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

I can’t begin to thank Robin enough for her exceptional assistance with my storage! She turned an awful situation I was facing into a great experience. How often does THAT happen? Robin is excellent to work with…so helpful and even loaned me the cart to move a couple rather large items. She’s very friendly and makes you glad US Storage hired such a great person.
