The Manager,Mrs Kimberly Jones, for the 1st impression to the signing the contract was VERY Professional and a deep compassion for turning a stressful Life milestone into kindness & gratitude for her job & my mind set to a Pleasant experience by lessing my stressful moment of moving & putting my personal items in a storage unit I'm comfortable leaving. & I Thank Her for Kindness Gratitude.

This is a self storage deposit I can recommend. The property manager Kimberly is a lovely upbeat woman and was happy to help me rent a unit. The prices are fantastic and I feel safe keeping my things here.

I rented a unit at University Storage before. When I moved my things out, Kimberly was just stepping up as the new Manager there. She was very kind and helpful. I have rented a new unit there and was surprised & happy that she was still the Manager there. Knowledgeable, helpful, fast, no nonsense & kind. I hope that she will remain the Manager there throughout my time as a client this time as well. Five Stars for Kimberly!!! *****

Great place, never had any issues other than the grace period for double locking you if you are a few days late on payment. They never did that to me but they threatened it for being a week late when I was on the road. That being said though, I've dealt with alot of storage that change rates without telling you and this isn't one of those. Very friendly and accommodating.
