UNITS IS GREAT! We made the mistake of trying to use PODS first until we found UNITS moving and portable storage and I’m so glad we did. UNITS customer service is excellent. I specifically want to mention the people we worked with. First, Alexis handled signing up and made me feel at ease with all the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. I used UNITS to store things for three months. The staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Tess was wonderful. She went over my options and I did not even know that i could leave it on my property(if your home area approves of this). I did this and I had easy access to move and remove things. The UNIT was clean. The delivery was exceptional. The driver insanely nice. I thought the price was reasonable. Scott was wonderful. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. I would recommend this company. In fact, I am going to recommend them to a friend that I know that could use their services. This is a very professional family business. They aim to please.
