I have moved back to Pinellas county I did not switch my storage I drive over an hour to come to my storage because you will not find anybody else that will be as helpful and gracious as Laurie and Dale 🙏 I've had a lot of up and down the past two years and they have been nothing but kind and understanding to me Thank you guys !!!

My rental was a nightmare when I returned it. I found out I wasn’t in the right truck (it had cigarette burn in seat and dog feces in the back) and the car dolly was not dispatched properly because it was on a maintenance order to be fixed. Sarah was excellent! She took control and did all she could do to help my daughter and I get it properly returned and a little refund for the truck issues. She made things as comfortable and easy as possible for us. I am very thankful for her. Just amazing!

Easily one of the bests places if you want quality, reliable customer service. Unlike most places I've rented from, United Pasco got me everything i needed in under 10 minutes. Sara was amazing, greeted us at the door, got us a good deal and what we were looking for and gave us tips for what we needed. Definitely recommend for all your u-haul and storage needs!
