Town & Country Self Storage

After communicating with the new owners about several issues, problems are getting resolved. Most where unknown to them and when communicating with them, they where concerned and corrected the issues.

Started great! Then the increases and increases becoming too expensive and damaged 2 of my RV’s one by customer an attempted break in and several scratches from neighbors. As long as you pay they don’t care.

This got to be the worst company ever! I rented a unit and when I got to the facility the unit number provided did not exist. I called numerous times trying to find an answer to the unit number and they kept giving me the same unit. My husband and I walked the complete facility and the number was just not there. I decided to cancel and move on to another company. This happened 6/22/2020, I was told that they would send me a refund check and as of today I have not received the refund due to me 08/19/2020. The customer service is not the best...a recording is always on.

My husband and I arrived to rent a unit but the office was only open for appointments, but they had number for us to call. We called it, got ahold of someone right away, and are now renting a unit from them. Their prices are fair and the customer service was great.

Pleasure to have used Town & Country storage during the Irma flood while we move into our new home! I high recommend for all storage needs!
