Run from this place they're horrible! DONT SAY YOU DIDNT GET WARNED! Public Storage Worst place to use there are lots of smaller not big ones that are jacking up your rates Every other week! Customer service tells you one thing And resolve your issue and when you go in to your Local storage unit the person there tells you a different thing. Before you can get credit for anything, they've already charged you for a NEW thing that they did NOT consult with you To add to your bill! !

Listen when I tell you Tom is the best. He helped us out with the best price in town for 3 months for a 5 x 10. He is patient and listens to your needs to give you the best deal. Thanks Tom

It was quick and easy to use Top Shelf Storage. I spoke with Charles on the phone and he recommended that I go to the website before arriving. I easily rented the unit I wanted for a fair price and got a discount online too! Charles was extremely helpful and efficient. I had my things stored and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Charles even came out to offer me a cold bottle of water before I left. Wonderful Service!!!
