My daughter had stored her belongings at top shelf storage unit for the summer while she came home from college decided to switch colleges so I came down to get all of her belongings not only were they super helpful and working with me timewise. I got here to pick up her vehicle and the battery was dead. The guy at the front desk went above and beyond to help me got it jumpstarted everything good to go!! 10 out of 10 customer service I highly recommend top shelf storage in Miami Gardens

It was a pleasure dealing with Brian on my recent storage unit rental. Brian made every step simple and easy to follow and always making sure that what I was getting was the right size etc. He asked all the right questions.
