Easy to access, very clean and leasing agent very customer service oriented. Showed me how to use lock and intercom hours etc.

Ken was fantastic, thoughtful and understanding of my situation and made the process as straightforward as possible.

We meet w/ Rodger and Ken. Both were helpful with our needs. Ken prepared all of our paperwork. The unit is the right size for what we needed. The access to the unit is available when we need it. Your building was very clean and also the unloading area. I know we are paying a little more than I expected, however our location, rental agreement, cleanliness, and security is worth the cost. I've had storage in various locations for 25 years, but The Lock Up is by far the absolute best! This in part is due to the property manager that was there while I was using the facility. Her name is Becky Roy and she is exceptional! she is pleasant, cordial and efficient. She knows her stuff. The facility is always immaculately clean, bright and air conditioned nicely! I would highly recommend this business! (I used the N Naples locale on Piper Blvd).
