The storage facility is beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My storage space was was clean and very easy to use the passcodes/keys, etc. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store any personal items.

I wanted to find a facility closest to my house and The Lock Up was the first listed by distance. I'm very glad it was too. Bonnie at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable, she listened to what I needed, without trying to up sell. I reserved a unit and went back to finish the process a few days later. Bonnie was there and I left knowing my valuables will be safe and secure. On a personal note, Bonnie is great and I'd like to have gotten to know her better. She really likes her job and I believed her when she said it's one of the best companies she has ever worked for. Bonnie is an asset to the company, not to mention, a lovely person. T. Adams

So far so good, haven't had any problems. The staff is super nice and when you begin your rental of your unit they show you around and how to get in and out of your units. The facility is super secure with codes to get in wherever you need to go and it is extremely clean, air-conditioned, and overall a great environment.
