Tom was great at explaining everything and showing me where things are and how they work. Easy lease process. Clean and secure facility. Happy tenant so far!

Absolute 10/10 customer service! Leslie helped me over the phone and had a unit held for me in less than 5 mins. When I arrived to pay and get keys Tom B and Elizabeth were the nicest humans ever and so efficient. The pricing is fair and not astronomical like some here in the area! The St. Pete location is also not in a flood zone so definitely provides a sense of security in that aspect as well.

There seems to be a shortage of available storage units in the area, and so I was happy to find an available unit at this location. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and secure. And for those with a design sense, my unit also features carpet and wallpaper :-) But the real motivator for this review is for a shout-out to Tom, the site manager. He is not only helpful, friendly and accommodating, but he also went above-and-beyond by calling me to say that he was holding money that was found in front of my unit shortly after myself and the move left! My thanks again to Tom. Five Stars!

The facility is clean, secure, has AC and easy to access. The online portal is easy to navigate as well and it’s nice to be able to pay for your unit online. You can set up autopay on the portal, but I chose not to, so every month, Wesley, the employee who runs the units, would call me before my payment was due to remind me to pay so I wouldn’t be hit with a late fee. I was really grateful for that. The facility offers hand trucks so you can move your things to and from your unit. I wouldn’t have been able to move any of my things if it wasn’t for any of the provided hand trucks. I used this place for about 6 months but left because my home remodeling was coming to an end and I no longer needed a place to keep my washer and dryer. If in the future I need a storage unit, I will be returning to Tellus Self Storage. All around I had a great experience using them. Would recommend to anyone.
