Horrible service! Came to pick up my truck using the after hours key pick up and they forgot to leave the key! Have to be moved by tomorrow and can't reach anyone! They put me and my family in a bad situation! No truck, was charged as if I picked up the truck. No refund for over 3 days according to Uhaul customer service and no alternatives for another truck! Left work early to move so lost leave time/pay to come sit in a parking and try and figure out how I'm going to move tonight with NO TRUCK!!!

I've had storage there a couple of times and the people there are always courteous. Very clean place with high fence and locked gates and security cameras. Never had any kind of problems. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if necessary.

Very friendly staff. And they work with you when it comes to payment arrangement. It's hard to lose your stuff there. They are very patient with the customer. I highly recommend this place.
