This team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 👏 From their customer service, their timely service & just all-around great humans!!! I catch myself spending lots of time in there just to talk to these amazing employees!!! Kudos to everyone, but ESPECIALLY Amanda, I think her name was...I lost the card 😆 My wife ships often & this is the ONLY place we will ever go!!! 10☆'s

Another UPS Store. Again Very friendly and knowledgeable staff to get what you need to get done and on your way. Only Complaint There is the Parking. It's clean and Maintained But Very Small! Probably 10 cars max due to the fact that it's a Storage Center. I drive a truck so sometimes it's difficult to find a place to park. Handicapped parking and Entrance is a plus though. Just Dropped off Packages for Return to Amazon. That's so convenient for them to do that. Saves the time and Headache from doing it the Hard way. It's just all to easy anymore. You get something that is wrong size or defective or Broken During Shipping. A Quick Scan of the QR Code and you're on your way.

Terrible website, you call the UPS store and end up speaking right with the manager. He will happily excuse why there's nothing on the website, that's because there's nothing available, and to boot, no specials whatsoever offered. In fact, he will condescendingly tell you how booked they are. Maybe the people that rent there don't understand what neighborhood they're renting in 🤷 By the way, sir, you're not in St. Petersburg. You're in unincorporated. No worries, I will happily look elsewhere

Very disappointed. I am a current paying customer here already and was not treated well by an employee. Employees should prioritize new (additional) rentals to current customers and this man was very rude. I was already on the waiting list for an additional unit, as per their "policy". I would not recommend renting here, they don't value their current customers apparently. I am a good customer, by the way, no issues on my end. I was already on a waiting list for a new unit and standing there in the store and he said he had to call 8 other people first, to see if they wanted the unit I was interested in. He told me he had no idea when he would be able to get back to me, and (current update), 6 days later, that same unit is UNRENTED and sitting empty (could have rented to me that day) so obviously this was discrimination of some sort. Furthermore I have now been told that I must vacate my current unit, retaliation because they are angry about this bad review (I will not revise my poor review, in fact, I hope it will warn others to not rent here for any reason)! By the way it does not seem legal to kick someone out based on a poor review, and no, I was not disruptive or rude at all in the store, however I did request that a manager be called and I did state my opinion that it is not right to not rent to someone who was on the waiting list for a unit, which I WAS. He asked if I was on a waiting list, I said yes, and still he refused to rent to me, even though I already have a unit AND was on the waiting list! So yes, definitely leaving a bad review!! All of this is fuzzy logic. Apparently they do not value current customers! Would strongly recommend anyone looking to rent, to rent elsewhere. By the way, I was also told that I am not able to renew my mailbox rental for the UPS store that is at the same location (same owners). I was not aware that it is legal to retaliate on customers who leave poor reviews. Would be interesting to find out if that is even legal? Reviews are a way for customers to praise or warn others, and should be without fear of "retribution or retaliation". It's called freedom of speech.
