I have used this storage facility for MANY years. I have had excellent interactions with the employees, and that is the main reason for the 5 stars. As for the facility, it is secure and well maintained.

The facility was very helpful in allowing a packrat container to be dropped overnight to be unloaded. I have been able to access my unit easily. They answer all my calls with great attitudes. Really great people to work with. Every time I call them they are quick to take care of everything.

Whitney store manager is the best. Helped me find the right amount of storage for my needs. I would chose this location and most extra space storage locations as they take care of there properties and security is always top notch. Thanks again Whitney and extra space storage.
