Holly in Hudson is very professional. I forgot to put my monthly amount in my card, and I called the office to have them guide me as to how to make the pymt. In less than 5 minutes she called me back, to let me know my pymt had gone through. I live this storage unit.

Convenient, courtesy, secure and clean facility. Would recommend to family and friends.

Don't pay in advance. You won't get your money back if you have to pay in advance. We paid for 2 months but due to my wife having the have surgery we had to come back and get our stuff after 3 weeks. They wouldn't refund any of our money for the 5 weeks we didn't use the storage.. definitely feel ripped off.

Very friendly folks! Lot is always clean and pristine. Secure, well maintained facility.
