These people are crooks! Key and eye on your recurring payment, they change it and never give you the difference. If it wasn't for my card saying " hey your bill increased 37% I wouldn't have known. I constantly have to fight about the insurance as well. Their system forgets i have my own insurance. Edit: The company also says to contact them when you do a review and never answer you. If you read their reviews you can tell they're all fake. Storsafe isn't registered with BBB. That's the red flag!!

I had asked for a call back to rent my unit and it didn’t come. So, I called again and spoke with Ivan who was courteous and professional in setting up my complex lease request. He made leasing my unit a pleasant experience.

Would prefer to speak to someone in person other than a rep on a monitor. Took sometime to get a few questions answered then hung up & while filling out application online had another question & had to then wait another 20 minutes or so to get help. Rented climate control & noticed it seemed a little warm but in the heat wave we are in didn't know at the time the a/c was not working, as I was told the next time I was there. Was told they were going to get it fixed & it was when I came back later that week. Fast forward now 8/20/25 not even a month since I rented the unit, I get a call that my unit has received water damage that I need to come look at my contents. Went up the same day & I have furniture that is damaged, then asked if I have insurance or if I signed up for insurance. They did give me another unit to move to & it's free for a month which I appreciate & a number to call to make a claim if I bought insurance, but don't know if I did because I did everything online so waiting on getting a copy of my lease. Never really expected to recieve flood damage from Florida rainy season. I will say that Denison was very pleasant to deal with.

Gate always works. Clean bathroom available near office. Larger units have lights on timers. Units have fire suppression systems. Staff is nice.
