After Helene and Milton hit we were forced to empty the house by the county! StorSafe was nearby and has turned out to be a God send! Thank you StoreSafe!

Never ever rent a space from these people. You cannot get anyone on the phone for anything. Email address does not exist. Messages go unanswered. Bill increases every 3 months for no reason and you cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss. When you go to website to pay bill there are no options to pay the proper amount. Just the amount they say you owe even if it is wrong. Outdoor parking units are not maintained and the pest control is non existent. My Boat has rat and carpenter ant damage from dead trees on the property but you cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss the matter. And if you decide to move out good luck getting anyone on the phone to give notice. Used to be a nice place but they farmed out the billing and maintenance to a 3rd party that seems to be non existent.

Great people to deal with, very professional, accommodating and helpful. Offered me a very good spot for my trailer in a good price. Strictly recommended!

Ruined my stuff and still trying to charge me. No one ever returns your calls. Since it switched to StorSafe it went down hill drastically. Do not use them at all
