The code i was given did not work, had to visit Virtual Manager Station to get in. Unit was dirty with cobwebs, dirt, old cigarette butts. Looks like unit is under construction on left wall. Since there was no person(employee) there, didnt know what to do with old lock to place my own on it. When i shopped for unit, it said $57/month, noe theres admin fee, tax, insurance. And now going forward i owe $127/month, feel very mislead. The property seems well kept, snd secure. From outside the gate it looks very nice.

People who have units here--Go check your units! I had water damage and mold growing all over my stuff. Looks like water seeped up from the concrete floor. ***Update****-- Over a month later and they are still going back and forth over my claim. My stuff was damaged in your building...it's that simple. The insurance is useless!

HELLLLL TO THE NAHHHH YALL!!! 😂 MAJOR spider infestation!!! In both the climate controlled units inside and out! I can deal with ALOT but spiders ain’t one of them!! I paid for my unit in advance online.. was fast and easy, I got to the facility and the gate was wide open so I drove through and found my unit figured out the da Vinci lock system open the unit to spiderwebs from floor to ceiling not even kidding! Managed to walk a whole step and a half into my unit. That’s when I seen the webs everywhere with the biggest black widows that I have seen yet not to mention hundreds if not, thousands of sack filled with more black widows inside. If I am able to leave pictures as well, I will .. I would not recommend to anyone at all ever!!!!!!

Id have left zero stars but thats not an option . Purchased a vehicle from an elderly man that was parked on site. Measured his spot 10x25 roughly and went online to reserve it . Spent 4 days attempting to get a hold of the property manager at which point after waiting for an hour we finally got to speak with her . She was rude unhelpful and wanted the elderly man to pay for the months rent on the spot even though he had sold the vehicle and we had already leased the spot . Not to mention she had progressively raised his rent to the most expensive rate they charge in an attempt to get him to leave . Then informed me that the spot we had rented was not 10x25 ( we measured it ) and the spot we had rented was in a different area . The spot we rented was 10x25 and the spot she said we rented was in reality 8x18 . Brian the district manager we spoke with was also extremely unhelpful and short . This place is running a scam , your best to find a more reputable facility to do business with

This storage facility has the best prices around and the facility is gated but has 24 hour access. Looked at several units. One inside and one outside with climate control plus an outside access one that was 10x25 and perfect for my needs. The staff was great to work with and made the whole process a snap. Highly recommend this facility! I worked with several phone people prior to renting. Denise helped me remote open 3 units which I was able to review and then when I made my decision a few days later, Jermaine walked me through the lease signing process and even stayed late to answer a few questions, making the final process very easy. GREAT JOB to both Denise and Jermaine!!
