StorQuest Self Storage

I was looking for another storage facility for a little more space and hopefully less expensive. I found both at StorQuest! For less a month than the smaller unit I had previously elsewhere. If staff in other locations is as courteous as Jesus (aka Hector), I'd recommend StorQuest all day long. The Key West facility is so clean, I thought it was just a 1-2 years old. Hector told me it was 4 years, if I heard correctly.

Same issue as other longer term tenants. Business model is not to keep good customers, but rather drive them away via continuous rate hikes. Started at $55 mid 2023, jumped to $79 January 2024, $101 January 2025, and going to $121 starting in 2026 for a 5x5 unit and that does not include the $12 insurance adder.

Very easy process to get a unit, facility is very very clean. Ease of access is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Having to type the code in everytime at 2 doors with multiple loads is a lot.

I cannot say how helpful Hector is no matter how busy his day. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have the right Storage unit. Having dealt with half a dozen other storage facilities and other cities I can only say that he is a gem. When it comes to customer service, I have not met anyone like Hector for over a dozen years. He is punctilious. He is kind. He is smart. He is thoughtful. I would follow him anywhere, but hope he stays here because he makes the whole experience wonderful.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with StorQuest, largely thanks to the amazing help we received from the manager, Jonathan. From the very beginning, Jonathan was incredibly helpful in getting us set up with our initial storage unit. He made the process smooth and straightforward. Later on, when our needs changed and we required a bigger unit, Jonathan once again went above and beyond to assist us with the switch. He was efficient, understanding, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. Beyond the stellar customer service, we were also very impressed with the facility itself. It was always clean and well-kept, which gave us great peace of mind knowing our belongings were in a good environment. Overall, our experience using StorQuest was great, and Jonathan's exceptional customer service combined with the quality of the facility made it a standout experience. We highly recommend this StorQuest location, and especially commend Jonathan for his outstanding support!
