StorQuest Self Storage

I am at this moment outside the facility on Storquest on Roan Ln PBG, because the person that was working with me, greeted a another client and in the middle of our dialogue he asked to wait outside because he needed to help those people, I felt insulted, I would never treat a client like that on my business! I was trying to clear out the extra charge on my account which still doesn’t make sense to me, I feel robbed, who treats a customer like that in the first place and all those extra charges is outrageous! I learned a lesson, never again put my trust on shady business

If you want a storage who raises rates regularly, THIS is the place to store your stuff! The facility is new so thats nice. Staff turnover is high so that says a lot.

This place is kind of a joke and the only reason why I keep my Storage there is because I live in the community right behind it and it’s convenient first of all they give you online check-in so you can move in from the convenience of your home according to them, but then you have to make yourself available between the hours of nine and six to go into the office to have the office unlock your unit. What happens when people work from 9 to 6 so that makes sense second of all is very inconvenient that you have to get out of your car to type in a code to be able to get in most storages have it where you pull up to the cold machine Third the place is always kind of messy. There be trash on the floor for days and the bathrooms are nasty maybe instead of being worried about inconveniencing people’s lives they should get off the desk and go drive around and pick up some trash.

Worst Customer phone service of the year. No local number for local facility so you have to wait on hold for a 786 South Florida number to get totally unprofessional responses. No business name greeting, how can I help you, etc. Only their name and across two phone calls, I got a number for the local unit that doesn't exist (with the wrong area code) and then an area code that is in South Florida. Skippy said that was the only number he had and did I want it. I questioned the difference in area codes and he hung up. If they don't give out the local number which is absurd, they should offer to have someone here call me back. I should be able to call the local facility to discuss and confirm storage options as I am able to do with all of your competitors. So your reply wants me to call the same number I called twice before. Unlikely

friendly staff ,just bring your own lock from the hardware store on top of you need to use there personal locks that only fit their doors. it’s 20 bucks for a lock and keep your things covered and protected and sealed up unless you want cockroaches and cigarette smells all over your things this is the place for you extremely disappointed and if you don’t trust me sometimes the gate doesn’t work so it’s just left open but that’s okay you need to enter your code to go into the inside unit 3 times before it actually opens but not the biggest deal because most of the time that door isn’t locked anyways I only found this location because it’s walking distance from my home but with the extremely unsafe safety and security measures they DONT take with properly locking the place up I’m going to look elsewhere I don’t want to disturb the cockroaches that are existing in other units because lack of pesticide treatment apparently, or this wouldn’t be an issue.
