This is the best storage place around! I have used them twice now and very happy! The place is kept Clean and the lady's in the office are very polite and helpful! I worked with Tina this time and she was the best! I recommend people here all the time!

I didn’t have a problem in the beginning but in time there’s been issues that I couldn’t see and it’s worse then gross. I had storage units before and never had any problems till this place. Rats roaches dead frogs blood. And when I addressed it all I got was you should’ve had renters insurance not sure what that has to do with anything. Probably cause I had 2 tents infected with roaches and a pillow case messed up and another thing messed up I didn’t have any food in there so yea this whole mess is on then guess I’m able to leave the videos I made to show how sick and how it was infected it was

I love this place. I met the nicest woman in office named Tina.sh we s amazing and very good at her job . Eager to help and boy did she. Best storage rental place in Polk County fl.

You could not possibly ask for better or more friendly folks. Delightful gift bags and Top shelf no doubt. Never had one problem ever. Honestly. I miss the staff very much. They all deserve a day off with pay set at the beginning or ending of their days off. That or a vip massage from head to toes at a 5 star resort. MAKE IT HAPPEN. 🫶🫵
