StoragePUP of Valparaiso

We had a great experience here. I made the mistake of not calling and closing out my storage unit in time before I was getting charged for another month. I spoke with Keela on the phone, and she was very understanding and did not charge me for the next month, and instead I just paid a $25 late check out fee. That was way better than the $106 I technically owed them! It's very hard to find companies that are willing to work with you like that. I HIGHLY recommend StoragePUP of Valparaiso!

First, and a huge thing for me, customer service is comparable (imo better) to Chick Fil A (coming from a former Chick Fil A team member). Tara is the MVP award winner. Period. Was transferring to a bigger & climate controlled unit. Upon arrival I realized the a.c. wasn't putting out cold, or much, air. Luckily it was starting to rain and tbh, not a life or death issue, however with it being after hours, I didn't expect much until the following day, but still notified the office. Within 6 minutes, I checked, Tara had it arranged to where I'd be in a new unit "by tomorrow".. which was perfect...then before I could text back a thank you! She messaged me with my new unit # she'd assigned and said was ready and awaiting my entry... Like she didn't just have to do extra stuff and deal with madness.. (yes, I know it's her job- but have you experienced 90% of other employees in every business anywhere having to go out of their way to do their job+ ?! Thank you, Tara!!) I have never had a problem solved in such haste, EVER, on the phone, in person, or online. Proficient, friendly, outstanding, well mannered, 10/10 on customer service. I also love the 24/7 access and appreciate the understanding that not everyone is on the same schedule. Also, the units are pull up which is so convenient! The security may not seem like it's adequately set up, however, there are cameras everywhere (noticable during the day) and either a Valparaiso officer parked facing towards the facility on airport side- or a Niceville officer circling the block making rounds... It is exactly enough to make me feel safe enough to be here at any hour if I need to grab something! Pretty clean too and very well maintained. i will absolutely be a walking advertisement.

I received my storage unit in great condition. I never noticed any critters, and my valuables stayed dry over the year. Prices are good, low overhead compared to those new fancy units around town. If needed again, I will go back.

Everyone was so helpful in every way. The units are perfect, clean and very well insulated. I will surely use them in the future. Keep you informed every step of the way. They are just awesome

My experience with Storage PUP was great. They were eager to take care of my storage needs. It was done in a timely and professional manner. I would encourage anyone looking for storage to call them.
