I was looking for a storage unit close to me but also with good access hours. I looked at all the storage areas near me and read the reviews going back as far as possible to go through the good and bad and ultimately chose Storage4Defuniak. It was what I was looking for and the online process to set up for a unit was quick and easy. The process for moving is was simple and easy and everything was streamline all from setting it all up online. They even left a free lock and key in the unit for me to use. It was a really great experience from start to move in. I was given a call a few days later and thinking something was wrong but the lady, I'm bad with names, asked me if everything was going good and if there was anything I needed help with and who I could contact for a problem. Really great conversation. Overall I am very happy with Storage4Defuniak.

The process of getting the storage unit was simple. A little paperwork, and I was good to go. What impressed me the most, though, was when I no longer needed the unit. I had anticipated having trouble ending the contract and, most importantly, the automatic payment. I was relieved that that wasn't an issue. I was very happy.

I have used Storage4 before and will continue to use it again for my RV storage. It is suitably located with easy access. Setting up the account was a breeze and Christina was friendly efficient and so nice to work with.
