These places are literally taking advantage in just about every way possible from the high price is to the tiny print on a contract that allows them to nickel and dime you to death and hold all of you or belongings in lockdown and they leave you with little choice and they have no conscience. Any other one is better but all the ones in Boca unless you go far west are equally as bad so my suggestion if you have the need go to pompano or go to Deerfield.

The best experience of truck rental , Duffy , the manager is an Amazing guy . That place is very lucky to have him as an employee , very flexible also was always smiling and made the whole process a breeze

They cancelled my truck reservation the day before my move, i had made the reservation a little over a month prior(end of May 2025) and, it was cancelled for no reason and then the rude man said that they didn't have any trucks left for the next day available because it was a busy day due to everyone moving, (no! Really?, you mean people like me?) the man on the front desk was extremely rude and didn't even apologize for this, he admitted to canceling my reservation that morning because I didn't answer his morning phone call (I was working) leaving me with no truck to move the next morning and all he said was, "what do you want me to tell you, there are no trucks for tomorrow" I don't recommend this place I like to prepare ahead of time and them canceling the day before your move is extremely unprofessional, rude and plain wrong. Avoid this place

I rent trucks from this location on a regular basis and have never had any problems. The trucks and trailers are well maintained and clean. The new manager Lisa is excellent, Quick with a smile and hello she really makes the rental process a breeze. Highly recommend this location for any U-Haul rental needs

We have had a storage bin here for years for my wife's office. It is air conditioned rooms with your own lock. It is an old facility. Very friendly staff
