I do like my space and this location is located close to where I live. My only problem was when I first got there at almost 10:30am there was no one in the office and it was locked tight. I looked around for around 5 minutes to find my space then went back to the office and it was still locked! You need to have someone in there to help your clients. I realize this is a recent take over from another company, so I hope the customer assistance gets better.

I just inquired about renting a unit this morning and was pleasantly greeted by Bob. He showed me a unit that's perfect size and climate controlled as well....it was immaculate which I've never experienced in other storage facilities. I am so using this company......the cost is beyond fair...I can honestly say I did not expect such excellent customer service...as a bar owner I place huge weight on this and Bob was awesome. You've just earned a new customer!!!!
