Miss Tracy, the manager, was so helpful getting me set up in my unit prior to a 6 month TDY. Military moves are always stressful, but Miss Tracy and her team took extra time and attention to help me out, answer any questions I possibly had, and put my mind at ease

I rented a 10x10 unit in Pensacola, Fl for over a year and was happy with the facility because it was clean and I felt like my items were kept safe. I would give them a five star rating because Darrell and TJ worked with me whenever my rates would increase and they were happy to help. Darryl gets a five star for customer service but Extra Space gets a three because of the rate increase.

My experience has been very positive. Every time I called, the phone was answered by a great lady who answered all of my questions. I live in Colorado, so setting up storage in Florida can be challenging. I’m pleased with my customer service 👍

Stephanie and her team is absolutely great. The place is always clean. She is very knowledgeable and always goes over and beyond the call of duty. I recommend if anyone is looking for storage, then this place will take care of you.
