When I initially moved into my storage unit, I had issued with the key and the storage agreement. HOWEVER, Iwas contacted by the new manager for the SROA at 8460 NW 7 Avenue, Miami, Fl., was quickly rectified my situation. He was extremely patient and understanding. I highly recommend that storage facility!!!!

The new management has turned the place around and I am so impressed and happy with all their success. I fully trust my belongings in this location and would recommend it to everyone. It is sad that I had to close my units after a year and half. But great experience with new management.

Been renting a 10x20 for 2 years now initially at 292 which went as high as 465 (60% increase) within that timespan. It was a bit inconvenient and pricy until Jeremy got employed and went out of his way to find a cheaper alternative 10x18 for only $134 (-70%)! Jeremy is a staple representative to their company as he shows exceptional customer service, thank you again Jeremy! Anthony is also of great service as he accommodate my every need within the transfer, thank you guys!
