I have a storage unit in Marblehead Oh. We had a lot of snow here. My unit is off to the eastside of property. My section was not plowed. The snow plow made it worse since they block my section in with snow that is now frozen. I talked to the property manager, they told me there is nothing they can do. Snow plow only comes out when snowing. They will not come out again to fix the problem. Called corporate and was told a district manager will call me within 48 hours. Why so long? Need to get into my unit. My only optIon right now is for me to shovel 60 yards of ice and snow to get to my unit. Glad I am playing over 150 dollars a month for amazing service.

Just a heads up the price that is advertised on there website is not the price you will be paying in the very near future. The website price is to pull you in like they pulls me in with a 10 x 10 for $102 two months later its $143 the same unit today if you look on there website today is $112 It's your typical bate and switch pricing. The same company has the same size 10 x 10 unit down the road for $52 to pull you in and then will quickly increase the price after you move your belonging in. As of today with there add on insurance that make you pay i am paying $157 that a far cry from the $102 Bait Price. Its a BULLSHIT BUSINESS PRACTICE Not Cool. American Greed!! Adding on to my review of this company - I couldn't agree more with the review under this one. It's hilarious how this company responds to a negative review by acting completely shocked that a customer is complaining about their quick price increasing after occupancy. They know darn well what they are doing and will keep doing it because most people will not look at reviews when renting a hole in the wall to hold their stuff. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I Was over there today to start moving things out but the concrete was covered with ice and was unsafe to walk on (AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS BELOW THERE IS NO SALT DOWN AT ALL ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO MAKE THIS A SAFE SURFACE TO WALK ON AND MOVE BOXES, LATTER'S AND OTHER WORK EQUIPMENT OUT). When i slip and fall on the ice because no one cares about punting down salt or maintains a safe walking surface i will own this storage facility in Hales Corners Wisconsin. When I own the facility i promise i will not allow BAIT and SWITCH pricing and i will properly maintain ice and snow to keep you safe. You Have My Word on it. My husband has a storage unit in Fort Wayne Indiana at SROA, for weeks the gate has been broken, no cameras, no actual security. You keep raising our prices and have a manager who is never there, always at a different facility, anyone can just walk in. You keep raising our prices and don't secure any of our items. Nobody should EVER use this unit. We're absolutely getting our stuff and getting out.

We’ve been maintaining the lawns, bushes, and weeds for SROA for the past couple of months, and they still owe our company approximately $4,500 for completed work. Despite numerous calls, voicemails, and emails to multiple contacts, we’ve received no response or payment. SROA has already acknowledged that this balance is owed, yet continues to ignore all communication. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience for a company of their size.

BEWARE!!!!! easily the worse storage facility in the country. I started at $82 and after 6 months my per month started climbing quickly!! every 2-3 months they will raise your prices sky high!! My $82 has now grown to $150 a month...almost $200 for a non-climate-controlled unit. I have no options but to shop other storage facilities, DONT GO here! they are not honest to their customers, and they lack all respect for them, they gouge their tenants like they don't matter. Trust me, DO NOT store your valuables at this business. Just moved to a new storage facility for the exact same size unit for........$57!!!!!!!!
