She is incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the facility itself but also about the surrounding area, which made my move between storage units so much smoother. She went above and beyond to help me during the transition, answered every question with patience, and was genuinely kind and caring the entire time. In a world where great customer service is rare, Caroline is a standout. Her professionalism, experience, and warmth made a stressful situation so much easier. Everything was amazing. This is the first storage facility I have used that was so easy and smooth. The ladies in the office make your feel like family and the customer service number was outstanding.

Very reasonably priced. Nikki was helpful on the phone when making a reservation for a storage unit. Caroline was accommodating during the check-in process. She was also very kind and helpful to my daughter in waiting for her after they had already closed. It was great to see customer service was their top priority. Thank you.
