Storage Master

I have been using Storage Master for over a year. I have had no issues with the service provided. Starting my service was easy and the staff friendly. There has only been one increase of $2 for the overall insurance because of changing insurance companies. That's doable.

Clean space, friendly staff and everything works and functions as it should. We were able to get a military benefit as well. This storage facility was recommended to us and we will recommend to others!

Wow! i’ve been with Storage ever since about 2015. My husband passed away after 58 years and I don’t live in Pensacola anymore. I live in Hollywood Florida and I still have my Storage. I know the girls there they’ve always taken care of me. I call and let know if any changes, but as far as the help has been 100% never never in any kind of fault they’re always pleasant to talk to and understandable so yes, I would give a hands up for the storage units and the way they’ve kept and the front office but make sure when you do go in go in with the attitude that hey there’s a lot of storages there’s a lot to take care of and they do their best and they do what they do best and they serve with a smile on their face. Usually, I’m on the phone with them. Any information at all at all that you want to know just talk to him and they will let you know. Thanks a lot girls bye-bye.🍁🙏

We’ve had our office here at Storage Master in their office suites for the last 8 years. The staff has always been friendly and cares. The management and maintenance team have always been helpful and responsive.
