I'd like to say thank you to Rober Carter at the Lucerne Park rental storage location for helping me find the right unit. He was very kind and patient with me in taking care of my storage rental needs with expertise! HE EVEN CAUGHT AN ERROR ON THE EMAIL ADDRESS! Also, I Also want to thank Rose and another gentleman at the call center for helping me reserve a unit that I was warning. I was able to rent the unit and move things in the storage unit on the same day! Great teamwork!

Dropped off my travel trailer here last weekend. Its a good location and has a gated lot with easy ingress/egress. Thank you Robert and Wanda for the excellent customer service and waiting for me to arrive just before they closed! They are super nice and helpful.
