Hours of operation are NOT customer friendly. Being closed on Sunday, I get that. Early on Saturday? Ehhh ok. But Monday? Come on! Any serious business that meets with modern times and expectations should be open every weekday. Storage Kings competitors, at least in the area are all open every weekday, some are closed Sundays and some are open 7days a week.

This location is truly not about customer service. Rented online, and asked if the unit could be swapped to one closer to our other unit there. We were originally told flat out “no, we don’t allow that” then the story changed two more times. As a local business owner who has storage units holding items for our FREE community giveaways, I will AVOID this location moving forward. We will be quickly dropping both of our units, as we only like company’s who treat their customers with respect, kindness, and compassion. ✌️ Save yourself time and money, rent somewhere else.

Got back to me right away set up an appointment within 10 minutes of speaking with him . Showed me the unit I was interested in. Answer all my questions and give me answers for questions I didn't know I wanted to ask. Very helpful I ended up renting two units
