I was using storage express for 10 years. Prior to that it was public storage and we all know they are horrible with the price increases every couple of months. This place was amazing. Michael is very friendly and a breeze to work with. I would have issues with my bank sending out payments and he would call and work with me. He is very understanding and a kind person. I moved to Boynton and still used them in Deerfield because of the service I received. Price increases are once a year and it was minimal. Place was very clean and a/c kept at a decent temperature. My unit was a 10x10 and the cost was better than any other place. I was looking to move my belonging closer to where I was staying but the prices were just not reasonable enough. They watch the gate also to make sure people are not tailing you as you go in. Very secure clean friendly place. Would love them to come to Palm beach county area, I would rent a space again to have my art studio. Until then I will have to cram it all in my home😁. Check them out I promise, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for 10 years Michael and storage express.

I've been a tenant at Storage Express since 2011, and plan to stay for several more years. Both Michael and Eric are super helpful, and I've never had any problem getting in and out of my unit, even the day after a hurricane. Good location, easy entrance and exit onto Green Road, there simply are no negatives. I highly recommend.

I've been renting from Storage Express for decades. The managerial staff has been extremely helpful beyond their job description. Eric & Micheal are excellent with assisting & accommodating. Friendly with hospitality is refreshing in these times. Facility is always clean & secure. I recommended several friends (3) for rentals. Even if disgruntled people that has vacated facility leave debris it's removed promptly. Never has the dumpster overflowed or smell. I appreciate being here. They operate a excellent facility....
