Storage Depot - Panama City

If i could give zero stars i would! First couple of months were great until about a month ago i opened my unit to find GERMAN ROACHES AND THEIR FECES ALL OVER ALMOST EVERYTHING I OWN AFTER GOING THTU MY DIVORCE! the few items i did have still that i put in this storage unit are ruined some of them being sentimental and irreplaceble(on thing specific is a bible that now has roach feces on alot of the pages😭. I called and received a call back stating if i wanted to meet maintance there they would give me a roach bomb for my unit, i didnt do that but i did go purchase my own bombs and bombed the unit myself...no surprise it is still infested since german roaches are very hard to get rid of, so with that being said i will prolly end up having to trash what few items i did have left after my divorce..thanks storage depot!

I was able to call on the and get someone right away. The application process was easy and I was in my new storage unit in under 30 minutes. The unit came with a brand new lock, unopened. The unit was clean and in like new condition. The only down side so far is the exit gates is broken in the open position from what look like someone had hit it with a truck.

The storage unit is good. Area is well lit. Prices are a little getting a little high. Been with them just over a year now, still happy.

The signing process and payment are seamless, it was so easy to choose from the various sizes they got because each storage unit it tells you how many rooms can fit in supported by photos. Their customer support is always there for me via email or call, the pretty feature I like that they didn't praise the price in renewal and this is my second year with them.

Phone hours open at 8. Tell me why it's 8:37 and I am unable to get a service member! I cannot empty out my unit unless I get the combination from a service member!! I called 4 months ago about the gate being broke. It's still broke! I did give 5 stars, but had to change it!
