This is "the place" for storage if you live on beachside. This facility is not only climate controlled, but it is air conditioned. Big difference I learned and found out. We only have a 5x10 space as there was nothing larger that we could ascertain due to the long wait list for any of their storage spaces. They even have an on-site wine cellar, and their public bathrooms are country club worthy. They put a lot of thought, and money into this storage facility and it shows. One negative as you might have guessed, yes it is priced higher than its competition but you do get an air conditioned climate inside, versus a climate controlled environment, and again that is a well received difference if someone is concerned about their personal property in the Florida heat and humidity in summer season.

Great indoor storage with air conditioning. Secure facility. Personal code given to gain access to units. Cameras are everywhere.

Great storage facility. Wonderful staff, easy access. Always clean. We don’t normally give storage spaces reviews but I thought that this one deserved it. It is conveniently located on the south side of Eau Gallie Blvd. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been storing our extra materials here for several years and have never seen it dirty on any floor. I really like this place and hope anyone with storage needs will utilize their storage spaces.

Clean, bright and safe. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms. Everything one could want in a storage facility. Beats a cobwebby old garage or attic anyday!
