The facilities are super clean and spacious, easily accessible and reasonably priced. Josie has been a dream to work with. Always so kind and attentive and represents the company so well.

Wesley Chapel Storage Center has the best management. Since we were moving both our household and a parent’s household, we needed another storage unit. We didn’t hesitate to use the same storage facility since it is clean, well kept, safe and run by an amazing staff. We had the pleasure of working with Hilda the second time and our experience was great as it was with Josie. During our stressful time, Hilda was professional, informative, helpful and comforting. She handled our move-in process in a manner that was comforting during a time when it was really needed. Her kind and professional demeanor continued over several days that we needed to get everything moved into place. The storage center itself is one great piece of the puzzle. The staff complete that great puzzle and make it an experience that deserves recognition! We had written a previous review noting our outstanding experience with Josie during the process of renting our first unit. We were unaware that writing a second review for our second unit would replace the first review. To reiterate, we had an overall amazing, kind, and professional experience with both Josie and Hilda. They remembered our names from the first time we met or spoke on the phone, making us feel like a part of a great community. We highly recommend this facility and the amazing people who keep it an outstanding business.

I have had this storage company for over 3 years and find it always neat and clean including the bathrooms. Josie was extremely helpful when I had a problem with my billing. She was very pleasant and patient in clearing up the confusion about the bill. I think she is a great asset to the job.

Thank you Josie! You made it so easy! I have had my storage until there for over 2 years! I use my unit for business storage- so go there frequently, and I always feels safe. This place is immaculate! Perfect temp, no odors, extremely clean. I have always been worried about storage units having pests, or even getting the creeps when being there by myself! However, I have never had a reason to feel that way here.
