Storage at Lake Wales & UHAUL

Came last month gave lady 200$ charged me 108.59 Gave me only 80 that same day she was talking bout how she ain’t sleep all day was ready to go home etc is been few weeks I’ve been out of town I come today with the receipt they didn’t bother to look at it or help then day have cameras where the lady take the money and give you your change they ain’t bother to check that either moral of the story don’t trust them with change always count it infront of them especially if the lady talking bout how tired she is from being up all night Front desk lady named sissy then when showing us the unit she was banging on others doors tryna scare us smh then say why I ain’t call told them it was the weekend and they was closed so not there fault but as a paying customer didn’t bother to check my paper or the camera that right where front desk at gave them the day and time still ain’t do nothing to help a paying customer who’s been robbed by sissy

Very professional services. This place is immaculate. The staff is friendly and very efficient. They offer all types of storage in all types of sizes. You have outside drive up to an inside climate control. They also have a parking area for all types of vehicle storage. The office, housekeeping and maintenance are all five 🌟!

I normally don’t do reviews but this place deserves the time. Cissy went above and beyond to meet my storage needs on my boat. Very friendly and secure storage facility. I highly recommend them.

Great Value, great service, friendly people working at the facility always easy and accommodating. They also rent U-Hauls and have Post Office boxes, very convenient right next to Lake Wales Country Club

Cissy is awesome! Each person I've ever interacted with at Storage of Lake Wales has been friendly, helpful, & down to earth! Prices are reasonable, especially for being climate controlled. The grounds & buildings are well kept & I've never seen a bug or rodent. 👍👍👍👍👍
