⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! My experience with this company has been absolutely wonderful! It was so convenient — they provided an easy way to obtain my storage unit completely over the phone, which was perfect since I was in the middle of a move. Everything was handled remotely and on my own time, which made things so much less stressful. The manager, Debbie, was amazing from start to finish. She was very patient, friendly, and understanding. She explained every step clearly and even stayed on the phone with me the entire time until all my documents were signed and everything was complete. When I arrived at the facility on a Sunday, I didn’t know how to use the lock, and Debbie answered right away — even though the office was closed. She was kind enough to offer to come down in person to help, but with her guidance over the phone, I was able to get it open myself. I really appreciated that she even gave me her personal number, which made it possible to finish everything outside of business hours. The units themselves are very clean, secure, and easy to access, and I love that you can share the access code conveniently through an app invite. Overall, I give this company a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and convenient storage experience. Debbie truly went above and beyond!

I had got a quote for a storage unit. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the storage units sizes monthly pricing. I found that stor it self storage is very affordable and comparison to other companies. the storage units were very clean and well kept. they also had a lot to offer from smaller units to very large storage units available right away.
