They are awesome and very easy to work with ! They care about veterans !!!!!!

"We rented a space, and it was given to us in a dirty condition. Unfortunately, due to the situation and circumstances, we had no choice but to accept it at that moment. When we called the next day to report the issue, they offered to clean it, but that never happened. We followed up again, and they offered two alternative spaces—one was already occupied, and the other was even dirtier than the original one. Now that we are moving out because they failed to resolve the problem, they are forcing us to clean the space, even though we received it dirty. I’m giving one star because Google doesn’t allow zero. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, which would have warned me about how consistently dirty this place is and how awful and inefficient customer service is. I strongly advise staying away from this company."

Do not rent from these people. No parking the buildings flood and they have no control over what goes on. Your valuables are not safe here. They allow people here to do whatever with no kind of control. I don’t believe they ever once told the truth You will regret moving here and waste your money. Beware.

I wish there was a zero star available. I needed to store my vehicle near the airport since I was going to Mexico for 6 weeks. The first disappointment was the "Application FEE" to open an account "TOTAL MONEY GRAB". I was under the gun so I paid the fee. I went to storage place and it was a DISORGANIZED MESS. The spot I paid for wasn't even a spot or marked as a spot. I called management and they told me to "park anywhere in the back". It seemed very disorganized and 'it didn't feel safe/secure nor did I fell my car was safe/secure" with the storage area. I cancelled my storage 10 days before I picked it up. I have a text message CONFIRMING I CANCELLED. Regardless, State Storage continued to charge my card for 3 MONTHS AFTER I CANCELLED. I tried to resolve with many managers. Zero Help. Their solution was to credit me one month back. Apparently, it's in Terms and Conditions that you just can't CANCEL but also CONFIRM Cancellation. I felt scammed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STATE STORAGE.

So I have been in this complex for over 5 years.. Since new ownership we have received a ton of benefits. They have refurbished the place. They are attentive to the needs of its tenants. Whenever There is a problem they are readily, if you are looking too set up shop, store your stuff this is by far one of the best, & least expensive places to rent.
