Great service, nice unit, very please with Lucas and Alex!

Dishonest pricing. Sign up for one price and it doubled as soon as agreement was signed. Complained to company and they blamed it on an independent online marketing company. Not only did they refuse to honor original pricing, but they would not let me cancel and are still trying to charge my card for monthly fees even though we have moved out and canceled everything according to their policies. We even moved out and cleaned unit 3 days prior to requested move out date

Lucas and Alex were walking on the front gate when I came in to take a load out of my storage unit. I'm 72 years old I'm 100% disabled veteran I'm having cancer surgery on Tuesday which is only 3 days away. I had a box that I could not move so I offered the two gentlemen some money if they would just help load it into the truck. Not only did they load it but they would not take the money either you are very fortunate to have employees like that they are fine upstanding young men and very respectful and polite I can't say enough about them.

I've been using this storage facility since early 2021, never had issues, it's maintained well and the unit walls are solid unlike other places I have seen. Any questions I had, I always spoke with Lukas, appreciate the help and keep up the good work.

I have had a unit with State Storage for a couple of years. I needed a place close by to store random items but also a lot of my dad's things when he passed. They were so helpful front the very first call to get my unit and anytime I've needed assistance or anything at all with my unit. The unit and the roads have always been clean and clear. I have never had any bad experience there... Only good. Great location and great staff.
