I am very sad about this place. Me and my team call it home. For the first year we grew from 1 unit to now 6. it was a wonderful experience. Never once had a problem in the space or the managers. As a matter of fact they were our friends. Our people and we are extremely greatful for them. I understand the owner had to change the management . A business should run properly and I admire him for doing so. Change is always hard. Sadly our experience since then has been horrendous and all because of 1 person. The lady manager now is horrible to deal with. Impossible at times. Never cordial or respectful and always hurtful with her comments and harassment. She has consistently since we met her threaten to kick us out. Told us lies like it was illegal to run our business from the wharehouse and threaten us multiple times that she would call the cops on us. Today she dropped product out of our carts. Yes she threw the bales of the carts. Actually she kicked them off. It was unbelievable. As well as driving the carts she took from us over our clothing. I love this space. And my amigo that cleans it. Even the other manager he is amazing. But this lady, she is the reason we will have to move out. We simply don’t feel welcome anymore. We feel harassed and helpless. I don’t know what other option we have. If the owner sees this I hope we can talk on the phone and I’m happy to provide all the information you need from us. If not i guess we’ll have to move out. And sadly find somewhere else to go.

This facility has been great with me; even before they changed to StorageMart. I’ve been with them for 4 years when they were Metro Storage. They have always been so helpful with everything. I love how the building is set up and the enclosed dock area that you can pull in your car. They have plenty of carts. The only thing I wish these storage companies would change is to give the long term clients a break instead of just getting new clients with the special pricing.

I’ve been renting here since it was Metro Storage, and when StorageMart took over I wasn’t sure how things would go. Having Patrick stay on made the switch so much easier — he’s someone I already knew and trusted. His great customer service, professional and friendly attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond have always stood out. I’ve also had positive experiences with the new staff and looking forward to getting to know them better. Overall the service here has stayed just as dependable.
