Francine was very helpful. I was not happy with my unit she didn't waste any time finding me a new one. Thank you Francine I am very happy with my unit. I can start moving in tomorrow.

Beware!! This storage is disgusting! I had some personal items in a unit for just a short time due to a hole in the sealing. I stopped by to get some things out in the rain and it was pouring rain inside the unit. After further inspection, I see tape in multiple areas on the sealing as well as what appears to be mold. I immediately called to get another unit. They told me I had 2 hours to get my stuff out and into another unit. IN THE RAIN! I asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep said he would have someone call me but nobody ever did. It's been weeks and nobody contacted me. I moved my belongs out and will never use this company again.

Extremely easy to rent online, got the code and the unit number and had zero issues getting in or out. They even have a circle lock vending machine in the office (which was extremely handy as it had completely slipped my mind). Four stars because there was a dead roach and a big piece of broken glass in our hallway, a couple of the lights are about to go out in our hallway, and there's a lip at the doorway (with a handtruck or dollies isn't impossible but is a huge nuissance when moving fragiles or heavies). Overall though I would recommend.

Trying to fit a large jetski carrier with all dimensions measured out to fit perfectly on there. The problem is that the specifications were falsely advertised to be bigger than they actually were with support beams taking up space that was rented with OUR money. A staff member was nice, but he was not able to recommend us a proper space. In the end, we didn’t get the service we needed.
