Spacebox Storage Fort Myers

My Husband and I moved from Florida to CO, we were so stressed thinking of which storage we would use to temporarily storage our items until we could take them with us. We were looking for secure, clean, well maintenance, and that staff communicates with the customers in case of an emergency. Spacebox checked off all the boxes! Upon walking in Phil was the one to take care of us and he did an outstanding job making sure we knew our things would be safe there. He has helped us out with every question or concern we may have with such a “I’m on it” attitude that it just made everything feel simple. As someone who’s thousands of miles away from their home items, I know they’re safe and we'll taken care of. We are forever grateful for all his help!

While Cubesmart dropped the ball and failed to notify me of the new ownership, SpaceBox stepped up and ensured a seamless transition for me. The site manager, Phil, is the reason I have stayed with them even when I could have found something closer to our new home because his customer service is top notch… above and beyond doesn’t quite cover it. The service I have received sets a precedent that should be the standard others strive for, the bar has officially been raised.
