I just want to let you know what a beautiful facility this is, and the staff are AMAZING! I've never rented a storage space before so I wasn't quite sure what size or how much I wanted to spend. A lovely woman named Dana helped me for almost 30 minutes. I told her what I needed stored and she walked me around and simplified the entire process. In less than 30 minutes I was in and out with a new unit. I will be recommending your company to my fellow service men and women. And I'll be sure to tell them to ask for Dana!

I needed a place to store my RV after moving from Tampa last fall. After a lot of searching I found SpaceBox---what a blessing. For RV storage, I find their rates to be cheaper than what I was paying in Tampa and highly competitive in the Panhandle region. Upon move-in Zen was incredibly helpful and courteous. At every step of the way she made an already stressful situation (moving) less complicated. The lobby and the storage lot are well kept, clean, and I know my RV is safe while stored there. There are also electrical hookups: 20 amp, 30 amp (which I use) and I heard there may be 50amp service; more than enough options to keep the RV powered, systems running such as a/c to control temperature extremes or even fridges (cause no-one likes to find a moldy fridge after storing the RV). If you need to store an RV in Okaloosa or Santa Rosa county you won't find a better better option. I drive an hour to there location to store my RV and couldn't be happier.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Spacebox Storage Florosa! From the very beginning of our move, to the end they have been amazing! The manager is friendly and knowledgeable! They explained our lease and helped us get set up! The unit and facility were well maintained, clean, and most importantly we knew our unit was safe! If you’re looking for the best place to store , just about anything- look no further than Spacebox storage! Go talk to the ladies in the office, just tell them what your needing and they will get you set up! 10/10 recommend!

I am still appalled and shocked by how I was treated entering this facility. I am a brand new client, and immediately was welcomed in with an aggressive manager and scowls. I have been in management for over 10 years, and NEVER complain. It takes a LOT for me to ever complain, but this manager at this location is extremely rude and I am still in complete shock. I stayed quiet the entire time, didn’t stoop to her level, but she never for a moment acknowledged the way she came at me when I told her multiple times she was being too aggressive, AND I even apologized for not checking my emails. After apologizing for the mishap on my end, I was returned with aggression and being scolded the entire time I was in the office. For someone who told me they NEED this job to pay their bills, acting the way she did is quite absurd. Also telling a client (me) that I am the reason she will lose her job, is insanity.. the reason being I forgot to check my emails? This is my first time ever using a storage facility! I do not know every rule. I completely understand the frustration of me not seeing the emails that is a mishap on my end, it is important. However, scolding me like I’m one of her kids, instead of speaking to me as an adult and explaining how important it is, that’s your JOB as a manager. Everyone has bad days, but there’s no redemption for how I was treated today. Poor management leads to a poor business.

Safe, secure, and extremely accommodating! Spacebox Florosa was extremely attentive to my needs in addition to being warm and welcoming upon my first site visit. The facility itself is extremely clean, has multiple tools easily at your disposal for use, and is highly secure. I feel like I can take a breath knowing my belongings are so protected. The customer service is top tier, with staff members always willing to go the extra mile for you and your needs. Extra warm shout out to Zen for all her patience and help! If you’re wondering if this facility is worth your time, the answer is a big YES!
