The storage facility is fine but I rated them 2 stars because no one ever answers the phone. I have ended my storage lease online but it still says I'll be billed next month. I'll have to report my card lost or stolen to stop being charged. I responded to the owner advising me to call them directly. The problem is that phone number that was posted isn't in service. I've downgraded my review to one star. To the owner... If you read this, we had unit 157. We have moved everything out. I have contacted my bank to stop payment on any further charges so you won't get any more money from me when you try to take payment on March 1st.
