Started with a competitive rental rate than ever few months they raise the rate. They locked me out of my unit for over a week only to discover that they made a mistake thinking I had not payed my rent. Now after raising my rate with little notification to $184 I vacated but they still continue to charge my credit card. I will ow have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I went down the street to Pay $95 per month for the same size unit guarantee for 6 months. Worst storage company in the area. Avoid at all cost.

The rental process was quick, easy and reasonable prices. The facility is nice with multiple accesses in each building, with carts available to assist in moving your items around. We just love the climate control facility.

The price was good and the location was close to my home. Upon arriving and checking out the facility, was even more impressed with how clean and well managed it looked. Staff was very accommodating and professional.

Our experience has been totally great. It started with making arrangements for my fiancée to pick up the code and the key. Then the place is pristine and well lit. It is also easy to find. Altogether a great experience.

It was a one stop decision. My wife and l stopped to check on a small rental unit and Michelle was so helpful and informative. It was an excellent experience. We rented on the spot. Close to the Villages makes it very convenient. Thank you. Ray Horbert
