We have been using this storage facility to hold our household goods during our current move, and the experience has been excellent. Finding a place where we feel our belongings are in a safe and secure location was our top priority, and this facility has given us total peace of mind. The units themselves are dry, clean, and provide ample size for all our furniture and boxes without feeling cramped. On top of the quality of the space, the cost is very reasonable compared to others in the area. If you need a reliable, secure spot for your items during a transition, I highly recommend them!

Amazing staff at Smartstop storage. Erica was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Her character is unmatched by any employee I've come across since storing my items. The units are clean and easily accessible. Reasonable rates and a knack for making their customers feel welcomed. Would highly recommend anyone to store their items at this facility.

On my call Gerard provided all the details and said I will be able to pay upfront to secure the good rate for the whole stay. Erica called me later on and we scheduled our meeting for the next day to complete the paperwork. At the office she was very efficient and friendly. We finished the paperwork and setup quickly. A great experience!!!

Erica and Rick have been absolutely amazing to work with! They’ve gone above and beyond to help me during my move — always friendly, patient, and incredibly understanding.
