I can’t speak for all locations, but I’ve been using the 135th Street facility for a long time. Yesterday I had an unexpected situation and really needed help, especially since I’m not in Miami often. The manager, Jonathan, was amazing. He helped resolve all my issues and found me a new unit on the same floor and right next to my other unit, which was extremely important due to my back pain. He figured everything out just before closing. Without Jonathan’s help, there was no way I could have fixed or resolved my situation before New Year’s Eve. I’m very grateful — he saved me a lot of time, stress, and physical strain. THANK YOU!

10 out of 10! One of the best storage in Miami! They have affordable prices, attentive to customers, clean and reliable. You can make reservations online and in-person, they also provide access to the units after hours. No smell, clean, and provide insurance! You can ask for Elizabeth or Eddie😊🙂‍↕️

THIS STORAGE STEALS YOUR STUFF!!! Please do not believe these reviews. Not sure how they’re at a 4.8. My boyfriend got his entire storage emptied out, lock not broken. When the police arrives, the staff says “the cameras do not go far back”. He had over 20k worth of things in the storage. They emptied out the entire thing. Inside job and no one knows anything. Someone else got their things stolen too so now there has to be an investigation. If you have expensive items, do not trust this storage. I can’t believe you can’t even trust a company that you pay monthly for!!!!! HE WORKED SO HARD FOR HIS STUFF, FREAKING THIEVES!!!! Picture below is what he came to! NOTHING!!!
